Hi, I’m Lauren Luppino

I offer therapy to individuals and couples who are facing emotional challenges.

I help people who are struggling with emotional chaos. Through active listening and compassion, I can help you understand and cope with thoughts and emotions so you can find internal peace.

I create a nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe to tackle whatever is in your way; obstacles like fear or depression that can stop you from reaching goals, connecting and feeling like yourself. We will form a therapeutic relationship with hallmarks of trust, mutual respect and empathy for a positive therapy experience.

Together we will process what you are experiencing, to promote health and growth. You may learn how to identify your pain, develop coping skills, improve self-worth and feel empowered to manage your emotional life with greater self-awareness.

Happiness Is A Habit--Cultivate It

You deserve to live a life that satisfies you. You are worthy of love, connection and fulfillment. You have a responsibility to yourself to be happy.

All feelings, even the painful ones, are natural and helpful in connecting to your inner world. Therapy allows us to evaluate current patterns, and explore how you may benefit from positive changes. Sustaining healthier patterns can lead to a life of increased satisfaction and lessen your emotional obstacles.
