Lauren Luppino is the head clinician and owner of Mental Health & Wellness Center. Lauren has 15 years of social work experience with a wide variety of populations specializing in clinical counseling and psychotherapy. Her specialities include anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, and insomnia. She is a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP) and a Registered Yoga Instructor (RYT-200). Additionally, Lauren trained with Postpartum Support International to provide support during the perinatal period.

Lauren “holds space for everyone she encounters”, is “so easy to talk to” and she “cares and it shows”. She has a knack for helping her clients become the highest version of themselves. Her approach conversational and supportive; she works collaboratively with each client to identify therapeutic goals, subside bothersome symptoms, and understand experiences and beliefs that may be underlying.
