Meghan meets each client with warmth, compassion, and thoughtful care. She brings experience across healthcare, long-term care, rehabilitation, school, and community settings, giving her a broad understanding of the emotional and practical challenges that can arise throughout different stages of life.
Meghan has extensive experience working with older adults in long-term care and rehabilitation settings, supporting individuals and families as they navigate changes in health, independence, functioning, and quality of life. Her clinical background also includes hospital-based work in the NICU, discharge planning, and case management, where she developed a strong foundation in helping patients and families navigate complex medical and psychosocial needs.
Earlier in her career, Meghan worked as a school social worker, providing socio-emotional support and crisis intervention to children and adolescents. She also has experience in early intervention, supporting young children and their families during important developmental stages.
Meghan works with older adults and individuals navigating life transitions, changes in health or functioning, family and caregiving concerns, and emotional challenges related to major life changes. She brings a collaborative, person-centered approach to therapy, meeting clients where they are and helping them identify meaningful ways to cope, adapt, and move forward.
