Noelle Torrandell, MA, NCC, LAC

Child & Adolescent Therapist | Group Program Facilitator

Noelle meets each client with steadiness, openness, and thoughtful care. She brings over a decade of experience in educational settings — including both general and special education — where she developed a strong foundation in supporting children and adolescents with intention and compassion.

After witnessing the significant impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on student mental health, Noelle pursued advanced clinical training, earning her Master’s degree in School Counseling from Seton Hall University. Her training included both school-based and private practice settings, allowing her to work confidently across developmental stages.

Noelle works with children (ages 7+), adolescents, and young adults navigating anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, identity development, peer dynamics, and transitional life stages.

My Approach

Noelle integrates cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) with mindfulness-based interventions to support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and resilience. Her work is structured yet adaptable, grounded in evidence-based techniques while honoring each client’s developmental needs.

In addition to her clinical training, Noelle is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher. She thoughtfully incorporates breathwork, body awareness, and mindfulness practices into therapy when appropriate, helping clients build practical tools for nervous system regulation.

Her style is steady, collaborative, and empowerment-focused — creating a space where clients can build confidence, strengthen coping skills, and move toward greater authenticity in their lives.

Group Therapy Programs

Noelle also facilitates seasonal, skills-based group therapy programs within the practice. These structured groups focus on empowerment, emotional regulation, and connection in a supportive peer environment.

Her groups are intentionally designed to combine cognitive-behavioral strategies with mindfulness practices, helping participants develop tangible coping tools while experiencing shared understanding and belonging.

Group offerings rotate seasonally and may include:

  • Girls Empowerment Series
  • Mindfulness & Emotional Regulation Groups
  • Transition Support Groups for Preteens and Adolescents

You May Be a Good Fit If…

Supervision & Clinical Oversight

Noelle practices under clinical supervision as she works toward full independent licensure. She receives ongoing supervision from a qualified, certified supervisor outside of the practice to support her professional development and ensure high-quality care.

As part of our collaborative group model, cases may also be discussed in consultation when appropriate to ensure thoughtful and well-rounded clinical support.
