Maya Ludman's therapy style is compassionate; empowering self-sufficiency, improving quality of life and promoting therapeutic success. She borrows elements from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Interpersonal Therapy to guide clients through the process to happiness. Her specialties include anxiety, depression, trauma, illness, aging, and relationship difficulties. She works with multicultural populations and all ages.

Maya is a Master's level social worker and active alumni from Yeshiva University. Maya has a well established career in community mental health, adult day programs and private practice. She maintains state licensure in New Jersey and New York, and is a registered Telehealth provider in Florida. Maya holds several post-graduate certifications and continues her education on current therapy research.
